Thanks to interactive and audiovisual tools and fun sensory activities, young and old will discover the civilization of the Olive Tree. From the biology of the tree to its mythology, from the traditional making of soaps to the use of oil as lighting fuel, from the pruning of the olive tree to the harvesting of the fruit, and the manufacture of olive oil to the formal exercise of tasting, each step of the journey is an invitation to travel, to see and taste Provence and the Mediterranean.
