In the middle of the fields of lavender in Banon in Haute Provence, Frédéric Leblanc uses French hazelnuts and chocolate selected in a manner which respects the pickers of Latin America to concoct his palm oil-free spreads. Chocolate-coated almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts are also some of his specialities along with his fruit jellies, all selected from French farmers.
It is also in Haute Provence in Forcalquier that Sylvie Alfano makes her Navettes, Sablés and Macarons by hand using only natural ingredients, free from additives and preservatives.
