Strawberry White Balsamic Vinegar

Strawberry seasons starts in April with the arrival of spring and the promise of summer. Maison Brémond has selected in a limited edition this original balsamic vinegar which blends two well-known but rarely associated flavours for a sunny, fruity result! This is a simple, traditional recipe: the white balsamic vinegar is produced in Italy from concentrated, acetified Trebbiano Bianco grape must before being filtered and mixed with Italian strawberry puree. This is a fresh balsamic vinegar with a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity. Like all our other balsamic vinegars, it contains no additives, colouring agents or artificial aromas. Perfect for spring and summer dishes!

Food pairings: sweet and sour salads (rocket, mesclun, walnuts, figs, pine nuts, almonds), spring starters, melon with Parma ham, goat's cheese and honey, fruit salads, pastries, chocolate…
