White balsamic vinegar comes to us from the region of Emilia Romagna, Italy. It is produced from Trebbiano Bianco grape must, a variety originally from Modena. This traditional recipe has been used for generations. The association of lemon juice from Menton with this quality white grape is a subtle marriage. Before being filtered, the white balsamic vinegar is mixed with pure lemon juice from Menton.
