Grapefruit balsamic vinegar
White balsamic vinegar comes from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. It is produced from Trebbiano Bianco grape must, a grape variety native to Modena. This traditional recipe has been used for generations. The combination of grapefruit with this quality white grape is an obvious match. Before being filtered the white balsamic is mixed with pure grapefruit juice.

On the palate, the first flavour is the acidity of the grapefruit, followed by the sweet aromas of the grape must. Grapefruit balsamic goes well with summer salads and desserts. Grilled fish and white meats also go well with the sweet and bitter smoothness of this fruity white balsamic, while its orange colouring adds colour to springtime plates.
