About the product
Discover delicious Mediterranean hazelnuts delicately coated with a thin layer of milk chocolate whose cocoa is grown in Madagascar, in the Sambirano Valley. The hazelnuts are toasted beforehand before being coated manually in a copper turbine.
Handmade in Haute-Provence by confectioner Frédéric Leblanc.

COMPOSITION
Ingredients: Chocolate with milk caramel flavor 64% [sugar, cocoa butter, milk whole powder, milk skimmed, milk powder, cocoa mass, caramel powder (skimmed milk powder, milk protein, sugar, butter), whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring (caramel and natural vanilla)], hazelnuts 33%, glazing agents : acacia gum, shellac.
Total cocoa content in the finished product: 22%.
