Balsamic vinegar with apple is made using the same artisanal process of slow maturation and selection of the best ingredients. The idea seems obvious, the best apples have replaced the grapes of the most prestigious varieties of the region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
From this meticulous process that is kept secret within the family, the result is a subtle, amber-colored, transparent and shining product with intense unique fruity flavors. A tangy, structured apple juice concentrate with a mild, elegant taste, long in the mouth. 100% natural, made only of apple, it contains no colouring agents, thickeners orpreservatives.
