Ingrédients

50g ricotta

2 fresh eggs

1 teaspoon of orange blossom (can also be flavored with vanilla or lemon)

For decoration: fresh strawberries, crushed pistachios (unsalted), a few mint leaves

Strawberry & mint jam

Cuisine

    Mix the ricotta, egg yolks and orange blossom (in a blender)

    Beat the egg whites and gently fold them into the previous mixture

    Place in the verrines with a nice spoon of jam at the bottom

    Leave to cool for at least 4 hours

    Decorate
