Ethiopian Tartare

120g minced beef for tartare per person

1 good pinch of ground coriander

1 good pinch of ground cumin

1 good pinch of ground paprika

1 small pinch of ground Cayenne pepper

1 small pinch of ground black Phu Quoc pepper

A good pinch of  Fleur de Sel Salt

the juice of one lemon

1 good spoonful of Lemon-Flavoured Olive Oil

1 teaspoon of capers (de--salted and chopped)


Mix all the ingredients together and season if necessary.
Serve with a few red, yellow and green peppers cut into tiny cubes and a good pinch of sesame seeds on top.
