Well known in Provence, the Picholine is a small typical olive for making oil or for aperitif. Its elongated shape, its firm flesh and the quality of its taste make its reputation. A beautiful intensity with a raw artichoke fruitiness.
Food pairings: On toasts, ciappe, bruschetta, with asparagus, or in salad dressings.
