Return a product

Your product does not give you entire satisfaction ? First of all, we are really sorry about that. Here at Maison Brémond 1830, we are committed to satisfy the customers that trust us.

That is why, if the received product does not comply with the order, you have 3 working days from the date of receipt to contact us and inform us of the problem.

At the request of the customer, Maison Bremond 1830 agrees to return the ordered product at its expense. In case of stock shortage and impossibility for Maison Bremond 1830 to supply the ordered product, the customer will be offered either a similar product or a refund of the original product.
