Ingrédients

FOR THE DOUGH

  • 330g flour (wheat or gluten-free flour)
  • 50g butter
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast 
  • 50% mixture of milk and water, to obtain a pizza dough texture

FOR GARNISH

  • 1  Pesto alla Genovese
  • 1 extra virgin olive oil with basil
  • 2 slices of raw ham,
  • 1 buffala mozzarella 
  • Sundried tomatoes,
Cuisine
  1. For the dough, mix all the ingredients, then form small balls of dough, flatten them to make pancakes
  2. Heat the pancakes in a hot pan
  3. When they are ready, garnish them with cured ham, buffala mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, a few spoons of pesto alla Genovese and a drizzle of olive oil with basil.
  4. Serve with a lamb's lettuce salad in Ultra Green olive oil and a mixture of salt and herbs for pasta and salad
