Bruschetta with figs and honey goat cheese

More Information

- 6 figs

- A log of goat cheese

- Wholemeal or white bread

- Olive oil

- Honey

- Thyme

    1. Cut the figs in 4 lengthwise.
    2. Cut the goat log into rounds.
    3. Cut the breads in half lengthwise.
    4. Drizzle olive oil over the breads and sprinkle with a little thyme.
    5. Preheat the oven to 150°.
    6. Begin to place your ingredients by alternating the different foods in succession.
    7. Place in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 160° until the cheese melts and the bread is warm.
    8. Add the honey
    9. Serve yourself, enjoy!
