1 box of sardines in olive oil
250g drained canned chickpeas
The juice of a lemon
1 large clove of garlic or 2 small ones
Olive oil with chilli pepper, salt with espelette chilli pepper

    1. Mix it all in the blender.
    2. Cool
    3. Serve with vegetable sticks, toasted bread... Perfect for appetizers!
