Ingrédients
  • 2 salmon pavers
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Extra virgin olive oil flavoured with tangerine - 250ml
  • 1 Extra virgin olive oil  with lemon - 100ml
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • 1 bouquet garni
Cuisine
  1. Place salmon in aluminum foil with 2 slices of lemon, bouquet garnished
  2. Drizzle with tangerine and lemon flavoured oil, salt and pepper
  3. Place 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees
  4. Boil potatoes in a volume of salted water for 20 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and peel potatoes Cut the puree with 1 tablespoon of liquid cream, add a pinch of pepper, salt and cumin
  6. Prepare your orange and lemon zest Once cooked, sprinkle your salmon with the fruit zest
