Halibut Ceviche with Lemon

• 200 g of halibut fish 
• 2,5 tablespoons of lime juice
• 1,5 tablespoon of lemon flavoured oil 
• 2,5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with lemon
• 2 small tomatoes
• 2 onions
• 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander


Cut the halibut in small pieces 

Marinate the fish with the lime juice, lemon flavoured oil and balsamic vinegar with lemon for about 30 minutes.

Mince thinly tomatoes, onions and coriander.

Mix with the fish pieces that you have filtered from the marinade.

Arrange your fish pieces in a plate with some coriander on top of it.
