Ingrédients

Crepe dough:

  • 200g flour
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/3 L milk 
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the filling:

  • 1 banana
  • Organic hazelnuts, milk and salted butter caramel chip spread 
  • 100g dark chocolate pastry • 1 handful of hazelnuts for decoration

FOR THE PANCAKE BATTER

  1. For the pancake batter: in a bowl, combine the flours and salt.
  2. Break the egg and mix coarsely, then gradually add the milk while whisking vigorously.
  3. Melt the butter, then add it to the appliance.
  4. Then let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.

FOR THE GARNISH

  1. Crush the banana with a fork
  2. Melt chocolate in a bain marie
  3. Garnish your pancake with spread and banana puree,fold it into a triangle and decorate with liquid chocolate and hazelnuts
  4. Enjoy!
