  • 1 lemon sorbet 1 bottle of Prosecco (or sparkling wine, or sparkling wine)
  • 1 jar of raspberry balsamic pearls
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of cane sugar

1. Combine Prosecco, sugar and pomegranate balsamic vinegar.

2. In a champagne glass or cocktail glass, put 1 tablespoon of sorbet and pour the mixture.

3. Decorate the rim of the glass with sugar if desired. Add the balsamic pearls on the sorbet
