Located in Haute-Provence, in a 19th century former industrial building at the entrance to the town of Forcalquier, the Biscuiterie de Forcalquier makes all its products with naturally low-gluten farmhouse artisanal flour from organic farming.
Biscuit-making workshops are open to the public from spring to autumn.
Ingredients: Wheat flour from organic farming, butter, sugar, egg, rasperry flavour (0.4%), Camargue Fleur de sel salt. May contain traces of nuts.
