Franck Deschamps appreciated all the passion they put into their profession to produce this beautiful pepper. These Kerala farmers are trying to revive a traditional soil-friendly culture after many of them have been ruined by intensive farming using weedkillers and forcing them to depend on large chemical supply companies. The new harvest is intense, powerful (for those who like peppers that have fire, it is ideal) very complex. A great success.
