An exceptional quality for your dishes.
From growing the wheat in the province of Ancona in Italy where a favorable micro-climate enriches it with good nutrients, to the production of pasta in bronze moulds (Trafilata al bronzo) which are the only ones which allow pasta to absorb sauces and olive oil well, Antonio Roversi shares his long and meticulous work with us.. Antonio Roversi is not only a producer of olive oil at the Azienda Del Carmine estate, he also produces wheat. This wheat he entrusts each year to an artisanal company producing pasta "Pastificio" for our greatest pleasure.
