From growing the wheat in the province of Ancona in Italy where a favorable micro-climate enriches it with good nutrients, to the production of pasta in bronze moulds (Trafilata al bronzo) which are the only ones which allow pasta to absorb sauces and olive oil well, Antonio Roversi shares his long and meticulous work with us.. Antonio Roversi is not only a producer of olive oil at the Azienda Del Carmine estate, he also produces wheat. This wheat he entrusts each year to an artisanal company producing "Pastificio" pasta for our greatest pleasure.
Gourmet pairings: Simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and parmesan cheese. Delicious with Provencal Pesto with Basil, Tomato Pesto.

Antonio Roversi's cooking tips: Bring a large amount of water (with a small quantity of salt) to a boil. Respect the cooking time indicated on the packaging. After draining the pasta, generously add a very good extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with a little Salt & Herbs mixture for Pasta & salad and a good pinch of Parmesan cheese. Smell the aroma that emerges, and enjoy it happily.
