Fruit paste with fig from Provence

Our fruit jellies are handcrafted in Frédéric Leblanc's workshop in Banon, cooked in a cauldron and then cut by hand.

Frédéric's know-how sublimates the quality of the figs grown in Provence.

These fruit jellies are presented in two 75g bars in cardboard boxes branded with the historic Brémond & Fils.

Average for 100g/ml: Energy: 1417 kJ / 335 kcal • Fat < 0.5g • Of which saturated fat < 0.1g • Carbohydrates: 81g • Of which sugars: 74g • Proteins: 0.5g • Salt: 0.10g.

Ingredients: fig 50%, sugar, glucose sugar, gelling agent: pectin, natural fig flavoring, acidifier: concentrated lemon juice.

May contain traces of milk and nuts.
