In Provence, the tradition is to offer delicacies to your guests on Christmas Eve. Each guest must eat all thirteen in order to guarantee good luck for the year to come. A cute box designed by Nadette Baussan. The theme of this box is Christmas but also “Let’s plant a forest”
Composed of a gibassier with white and black nougat, mini calissons, almonds’ croquants, mini navettes flavoured with orange blossom water, quince paste, candied melon, raisins, figs, dates, hazelnuts and almonds…Weight : 900 gr.

• GIBASSIER WITH CANDIED FRUITS FROM APT
Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, candied fruits 15%, sugar, eggs, almond powder, olive oil, natural flavors, Camargue salt.
• CRISPY ALMOND BISCUIT FROM PROVENCE
Ingredients: Wheat flour, almond 23%, sugar, lavender honey, eggs, butter, yeast. May contain traces of nuts.
• ORANGE BLOSSOM MINI-NAVETTE
Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, orange blossom flavor 0,5%, Camargue salt. May contain traces of nuts.
• YELLOW CANARY MELON

• QUINCE PASTE
