Surrounded on both sides by almond trees, the Mas Sénéguier estate and its 3600 young olive trees are located in the heart of the Aix-en-Provence region, near Salon de Provence.

Our Maison's new collection is intended as an introduction to Provencal olive oil production, with its many varieties of olive trees and tiny terroirs. Very fruity oils made from black or green olives and produced by men and women keen to share their passion.

Food pairings: The perfect olive oil to make your own tapenade, anchoiade or any other apéritif recipe.

Aromatic palette : The feeiling of crunching into a real olive picked directly from the tree, with a balanced olive oil aroma.
