Save Nature olive oil
About the product
Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Save Nature"
EDITION LIMITED to 600 litres
Struck by rural desertification, the centuries-old olive trees in Oliete, a small Spanish village of 300 souls, were dying year after year due to lack of care. On the initiative of a local resident, Alberto Alfonso, an NGO "Apadrina un olivo" was created to save these olive trees by sponsoring them. This initiative has led to the adoption of 7,000 olive trees, the creation of 14 jobs, the maintenance of the school, which now has 8 more pupils, and the construction of a new oil mill.
Our House, already committed to the Act for Planet association for sustainable development in Provence, has decided to participate in this initiative of the Aragon country by adopting a hundred olive trees from Oliete, from which this olive oil is made.
Knowing how to respect and maintain Nature with humility means creating real wealth in a territory.
Tasting note: a ripe fruitiness with hints of hay, fig leaves, warmer autumnal notes, nuts and red berries second. In the mouth: sweetness, red fruits, almonds, leaves (astringency point).
