Heritage Olive Oil
We call it HERITAGE olive oil because it is packaged in a Vintage metal can, that of origin of our House in 1830.
Our orchard of about 1500 olive trees of Aglandau 80% and Picholine varieties, is located in Pierrerue in Haute Provence. The olives are harvested when they are turning colour (between green and purple, in November) and then taken immediately to the Moulin du Luberon in Volx (Haute-Provence). Its taste varies from one year to another, but the dominant Aglandau variety gives it very fresh notes and aromas of purple artichoke.
Harvesting varies from year to year in 500 ml Vintage cans.
