Flavoured olive oils
Flavoured olive oils are a very old Italian tradition.
At the end of the olives harvest, the millers used to clean the mills by making a last press with lemons. The oil obtained was generally kept for the family.
Produced from olives pressed with fresh fruit, or aromatic plants macerated in olive oil, our flavoured oils can be used on their own or with our Italian balsamic vinegars, for summer salads (basil flavoured oil), but also on grilled fish (lemon flavoured oil), simple pizzas (chilli flavoured oil) or in desserts, or homemade ice creams (tangerine flavoured oil).
