LIMITED EDITION to 2000 liters.
Located in Haute-Provence, the Oliveraie of Maison Brémond is composed of nearly 1500 trees on over 4 hectares. It benefits from an ideal exposure forming a valley crossed by the bed of a small river. Planted almost 15 years ago for some, the olive trees are, for the most part of the Aglandau variety, with some Picholines to helppollination.
The harvest took place last November, The olives were pressed only a few hours later at the Moulin du Luberon in Volx in Haute Provence to obtain about 2000 Litres of an Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
This ripe fruity oil with is the pride and joy of the whole team at maison Brémond.
We call it HERITAGE olive oil because it is packaged in a 0.50 Cl Vintage metal can, the origin of our House in 1830.
