This year, it is the blend of 4 varieties of Provençal olives that gave this precious green fruit, which won gold at the PACA 2020 competition. It was produced by André and Guillaume Meiffre.
The olive trees of the Domaine des Bastidettes grow in the region of Arles, the brithplace of Provencal traditions, on the threshold of La Camargue, in the heart of La Crau.
Food pairings: To be used as a finishing touch on vegetable, fishes and seafood.
Aromatic Palette: The olives are harvested early in order to obtain a fruity green oil which delight those who love the aromas of freshly-cut grass, pungency and long finishes.
