Our Maison's new collection is intended as an introduction to Provencal olive oil production, with its many varieties of olive trees and tiny terroirs. Very fruity oils made from black or green olives and produced by men and women keen to share their passion.
Food pairings: As a final touch on sweet and sour salads such as endive salad with apples & nuts, oriental tabouleh with mint and raisins.
Aromatic palette: A delicate oil with aromas of apple and white peach with some herbaceous notes. Smooth with a peppery finish.
