Our Maison's new collection is intended as an introduction to Provencal olive oil production, with its many varieties of olive trees and tiny terroirs. Very fruity oils made from black or green olives and produced by men and women keen to share their passion.
Food pairings: The "pastry" olive oil to use in cakes, on a dark chocolate ice cream, on a candied fruit cake or orange.
Aromatic palette: Delicate aromas of vanilla and cocoa, all in subtlety and freshness.
