At the heart of the Luberon hill, on either side of a large avenue of plane trees, we discover two orchards and three thousand Aglandau olive trees. Planted 10 years ago, they now give beautiful crops.
Gourmet pairings: The perfect olive oil to make a tapenade, an anchovy or any other aperitif recipe yourself.
Aromatic palette: An impression of chewing in a real olive directly picked from the tree, with a balanced aroma of olive oil. in the mouth we find the artichoke & fresh almond.
