The Mussini Family has been producing Modena Balsamic Vinegar since 1909. That year, the first barrels were placed in the attic of the first vinegar factory in Marzaglia. Today, after more than a century the estate is a modern structure located in the valley at the foot of the Modena Apennine. It continues to produce for our greatest pleasure precious balsamic vinegars following the traditional methods handed down from father to son. Their philosophy is based on product excellence and authenticity.
