This green tapenade made without additives or preservatives with extra virgin olive oil has a soft and very finely chopped texture.
On the palate, we find the tangy notes of semi-dried tomatoes, spices and then spicy notes which enhance the complexity of this olive paste.
To be served on toast, ciappe, bruschetta, with raw vegetables, or with white meats.
A summer must-have for gourmet aperitifs!
