Maison Brémond has selected the ultimate of lemons: Beldi lemons, slowly preserved in salt, they will bring freshness, acidity and fruity notes to your dishes.
Traditionally from Morocco, Beldi lemons are harvested only once a year: from the end of December to the end of February, which gives this product an exceptional character and reminds our philosophy of favouring quality over quantity to offer the best to consumers.
Accords gourmands:Our candied lemons are ideal for enhancing your hot dishes: cut into strips to accompany fish en papillote, or more coarsely to flavour a tagine. They can also be used in small cubes to flavour a salad or pasta.
