About the product
Macarons de Provence are a great classic of Provençal biscuits. Fondant and delicious, it is prepared from almond powder from Provence, egg white, sugar and honey.
We offer it in its fruity version with pieces of dried apricot.
Made in the Forcalquier biscuit factory in Haute-Provence.
