Maison Brémond has brought the famous "Lemon Curd" up to date in a recipe based on extra virgin olive oil from Crete PDO & Rosemary extract. The latter acting as an antioxidant, A 100% natural and unique Lemon Curd..

The recipe made in the traditional way in Provence, thanks to a meticulous process of dosing and cooking in a cauldron, is a pure concentrate of lemon sweetened with sugar. Thick & creamy, this is the ideal spread for all your your desserts and make the unavoidable lemon meringue pie easily in one stroke.

Gourmet pairings: With waffles, crepes, pancakes, vanilla ice cream or macaroons. It is also a must  for a "made in Provence" lemon meringue pie!

Easy Recipe Idea: Lemon Curd Cream Verrine & Mascarpone Mousse.

Crumble Maison Brémond navettes and place them in the bottom of glass verrines. Add a generous layer of Lemon Curd to the olive oil. Blend the mascarpone  mousse and 30% liquid cream. Fill the verrineswith this mousse. And for decoration add a rosemary leaf and it's ready!

Ingredients: Sugar, concentrated lemon juice 22%, free-range eggs, extra virgin olive oil from Crest PDO 9.1%, starch, lemon essential oil, sweet orange essential oil, antioxidant: rosemary extract .
