The Maison Bremond calissons recipe has remained the same since 1830: a crushed mixture of candied melons and almonds from Provence placed on a sheet of unleavened bread and covered with a thin layer of royal icing.

Ingredients: Candied melons, almonds 29%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup,egg white, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), unleavened bread, natural flavours (quinine) . May contain traces of nuts.
