Terrines

Solange Telme makes her terrines following the same method her family has always put in practice since 1947 in Haute-Provence. The terrines are filled with a fork, in order to put quality in first place before productivity. All their ingredients (except for certain spices) are of French origin. They are prepared without colouring agents, taste enhancers or preservatives.
