An exceptional terrine with Pastis de Forcalquier.
Solange Telme produces her terrines in Haute-Provence as her family has always done since 1947. They are filled with a fork to pass quality before productivity. All their ingredients (with the exception of some spices) are of French origin.Prepared without colouring agents, flavour enhancers or preservatives.
