An exceptional terrine with summer truffle.
Solange Telme makes her terrines as her family has always done since 1947 in Haute-Provence. They are filled with a fork to put quality before productivity. All their ingredients (with the exception of certain spices) are of French origin. Prepared without colouring agents, flavour enhancers or preservatives.
