For this Christmas, an original terrine composed of candied orange and mandarin liqueur, will bring joy and celebration to all of your diner during this festive season. This is an exclusive recipe and an original creation by Maison Brémond.
On the palate, it’s an exceptional taste. A perfect balance between the meat and the citrus fruit.
Delicate and sophisticated, its taste is subtly spiced thanks to the red Szechuan berries, associating spicy and citrus fruits flavours.
Its texture is really pleasant, melting and filling the palate of all those lovely tastes.
