Made at the Banon confectionery in Haute-Provence, this Corsican specialty is made up of two natural ingredients: French hazelnuts and Camargue fleur de sel. Delicately crushed, salted hazelnut chips are ideal for replacing salt in dishes. They will add crunch to your salads, pasta and gratin.
