  • About the product

    The red pepper from Phu Quoc in Vietnam is harvested when ripe, then the red berries are sorted from the green ones, then dried in the dark to prevent it from darkening too much.

    The first tasting of red pepper is always very surprising. It develops aromas of slightly candied ripe fruit.

    Crushed, it has been combined with Camargue fleur de sel, it is a two-in-one product that will enhance white meats, fish and vegetables.
