Pistachio pesto

Prepared in the Lazio region (near Rome), our pistachio pesto is made by an Italian company that respects tradition and nature. In fact, our producer pays particular attention to the choice of raw materials as well as to their processing in order to preserve their natural characteristics.

Raw materials that he knows perfectly since he started his production activity by processing products from the neighbouring farm with his own extra virgin olive oil.

This philosophy is reflected in our pesto: very natural, it is composed of only 3 ingredients: pistachio at more than 70% to which we added extra virgin olive oil and salt to sublimate it.

This very simple and gluten-free recipe gives rise to a fresh and fragrant product, a subtle balance between the richness of the olive oil and the flavour of the pistachio. The latter, have been ripened under the Italian sun before being picked when ripe to achieve that authentic taste and unique flavours.

Gourmet pairings: Its beautiful texture makes it easy to use, our pistachio pesto can be used on bruschetta but also to accompany white meats, fish, pasta or even rice
