Rice & Risottos

Original second-milling Carnaroli variety rice. This method uses rotating stones to gently dehusk the rice, which then becomes amber in colour and retains its germ and the organoleptic properties and nutrients naturally present in the outer layers of the grain. Our risotto comes from Piedmont, a region where Carnaroli rice has been grown since the 17th century.
