Our risotto comes from Piedmont, a region where rice has been cultivated since the 17th century.
Food pairings: Eat alone or with fish, meat or chicken. Before serving, pour a good olive oil over it and a handful of Parmesan.
Preparation Tips: Brown the contents of the package a few minutes over medium heat in a saucepan with a tablespoon of oil. Mix and wet with white wine until absorbed. Pour 650ml of hot water gradually and reduce while mixing until the desired consistency is obtained (about 16 min). When the rice is almost cooked, add a knob of butter, parmigiano reggiano and salt.
