Risotto with Black Truffle

Our risotto comes from Piedmont, a region where the truffle has been cultivated since the 17th century.
Food pairings: With fish, meat or chicken. Before serving, pour a good olive oil (or truffle oil) and a handful of Parmesan cheese.
Preparation Tips: Brown the contents of the package a few minutes over medium heat in a saucepan with a tablespoon of oil. Mix and wet with white wine until absorbed. Pour in 650 ml of hot water gradually and reduce while mixing until the desired consistency is obtained (about 16 min). When the rice is almost cooked, add a knob of butter, parmigiano reggiano and salt.
Ingredients: Super fine Carnaroli rice 92%, vegetable seasoning without glutamate (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, spices, natural flavours), onion, garlic, black summer truffle sliced 0.5%, flavour.
