Sardines in olive oil & lemon
Dominique FERRIGNO, froma fisherman's family, prepares his sardines entirely by hand as before. They are placed on grids and baked to make them lighter and more digestible.
They are guaranteed without frying.

Ingredients: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) 70%, extra virgin olive oil 27%, lemon 2%, salt.
